Set a reminder to watch live on Tuesday, September 29 at 8:30p ET: President Donald Trump and Democratic nominee Joe Biden face off in Cleveland, Ohio, for their first debate ahead of the 2020 election. Fox News anchor Chris Wallace is moderating the first of three planned presidential debates leading up to Election Day on November 3.
The debate will include six 15-minute segments "dedicated to topics announced in advance in order to encourage deep discussion of the leading issues facing the country," the Commission on Presidential Debates said in a statement. Wallace will be focusing on the following topics, according to the commission’s statement: the records of Trump and Biden, the Supreme Court, coronavirus, the economy, race, and the integrity of the election.
