Watch live: 2020 National Christmas Tree lighting

Set a reminder to watch live on December 3 at 5 p.m. ET: The National Christmas Tree, a 30-foot Colorado blue spruce from Palmyra, Pennsylvania, will officially be lit for the holiday season on The Ellipse, south of the White House. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, President Trump and first lady Melania Trump lit the tree on Monday, and their appearance will be featured in a virtual ceremony.

A slate of artists are set to preform at the ceremony, including Kellie Pickler, Colton Dixon, and the U.S. Navy’s official chorus, the Sea Chanters.
