He says the restrictions throughout November have helped cases in England drop by 30% in the last week.
Mr Hancock is joined by national medical director for NHS England, Professor Stephen Powis and General Sir Gordon Messenger, the head of operations for a community testing programme, which is set to be rolled out in tier three areas.
