The International Court of Justice (ICJ) holds its first day of hearings on the case brought by the UN General Assembly against Israel’s ban on UNRWA. The ICJ will hear evidence on Israel’s obligations to UN bodies over the course of 5 days at the Hague and issue an Advisory Opinion on the legality of Israel’s UNRWA ban.
