Some of the outstanding issues that they need to clarify, some of our installed capacities — monitoring capacities there, this is going to be discussed, as per the instructions that for me sir, actually, I myself gave to our respective teams. They are going to be meeting in the next few days in Tehran."

"There is construction of facilities, which we don’t know exactly the purpose of. Then they are adding, as they announced again, I’m being you know, I’m quoting from their public statements, they are adding a significant number of new (collision) cascades. And if you add to that the fact that we have lost since they reduced our cameras at Karaj (Nuclear Center) and other places, we have lost so much visibility as to certain activities that they are having. Well, we have, much more complex, you know, field in front of us. The good thing is that we know what we need to look at. We have a unique perspective about that. We have a line, a timeline of what has been happening and even including during this time where we lost what we call, continuity of knowledge. And so, we can, you have the best possible shot at reconstructing the picture, if you want."

"I think it’s good that the United States and Iran have a direct conversation. Of course, there are parallel processes. We have our process. But, you know, I wouldn’t take an approach where I would claim that they have to settle things with us (IAEA) before talking to anybody else. I think what we all need here, we have to keep our eyes on the ball. We must avoid Iran or prevent Iran from getting nuclear weapons. This is the objective. And for this, this process is important. Of course, that being said, that being said, it is very, very important that all the steps leading to that are not contradictory and are coordinated."

"I think there’s a general expectation that this goes well and that the agreement is verified by the IAEA. I was in China, for example, the other day. I was discussing with Wang Yi about that, and he was telling me, well, I hope this goes well and I hope the IAEA verifies. And this is more or less the sense of what I’m getting when I’m talking to leaders."
