Lisa Davis was walking with her grandchildren after an Easter egg hunt in Poughkeepsie, New York when a manhole erupted, sending concrete and metal flying through the air. As the grandmother was running away with her grandchildren, the blast caused a chain reaction and another manhole exploded in front of her, then a third manhole blew up down the street. Manhole explosions are becoming a growing problem. Davis tells Inside Edition she is grateful luck was on her side.
