Meanwhile, Trump will visit Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Qatar in May as he seeks to confirm trillions of dollars in investment. Saudi Arabia and India have agreed to deepen energy ties and cooperate more closely on tourism and technology amid the global economic turbulence. The IMF has slashed its global growth forecasts for this year and next, warning it could get worse if US tariffs spark a global trade war.
