Why Lithuania left the Convention on Cluster Munitions | Conflict Zone

On DW Conflict Zone Lithuanian Defense Minister Dovile Sakaliene explained to host Sarah Kelly why Lithuania voted to leave the Convention on Cluster Munitions. The Baltic state will also withdraw from the Ottawa Convention that bans anti-personnel mines, Sakaliene said in the interview. Human rights organizations like Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch heavily criticized the decision.
