Trump freezes over two billion dollars in funding to Harvard University | DW News

The Trump administration says it’s freezing more than two billion dollars in federal funding to Harvard University, after the school rejected a list of demands from the White House. Proposed changes include reporting to the federal government any international students who violate rules. Harvard is the first university to resist the demands, calling them illegal. Now Trump says he’s considering revoking Harvard’s tax-exemptions.
