The search is on for the owner of a pit bull that viciously mauled another dog to death in a Santa Monica parking lot. A toy poodle named Dublin was caught in the jaws of the larger dog, as Dublin’s owner screamed. After the attack, the pit bull’s owner was seen leading his dog away on a leash. The 11-year-old Dublin was taken to an animal hospital, but could not be saved. Now, police would like to find the pit bull’s owner.
