Authorities in Ukraine say a Russian missile attack has killed at least 20 and injured dozens.
It happened in the center of Sumy – a city in the northeast. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said streets, cars and residential buildings were hit as people were heading to church on Palm Sunday. The president called for a global response to the attack, saying that talks have never stopped missiles and bombs.
