Santa Fe Police say a concerned citizen called 911 saying they heard someone in a U-Haul truck calling for help. Cops tracked down the vehicle, but they say it refused to stop. Instead, they say the driver started driving recklessly through the streets, but once they did get the truck to stop, cops say they needed to look inside.
