An emotional support parrot was the reason one woman was stranded in the Caribbean. Maria Fraterrigo, 76, brought her parrot, Plucky, to spend the winter with her in Puerto Rico. Returning to New York, Fraterrigo was told at the San Juan airport that Plucky was not allowed on the plane ride back. The African grey parrot is considered too large a bird to fly on Frontier Airlines. However, Frontier Airlines tells Inside Edition they have arranged for the pair to fly home Wednesday night.
