New video has just been released of the man who murdered two girls in Delphi, Indiana. The video was recorded as Richard Allen was being questioned by police in the slaying of best friends Libby German and Abby Williams. The girls were found slain on a hiking trail across an abandoned railway bridge in 2017. In the video, police had just informed Allen that a bullet found at the murder scene had been traced to his gun. Allen was found guilty last November.
