“The U.S. market is a very important market for Italian olive oil, I would add for European olive oil. The U.S. has grown in ten years as far as Italy is concerned, by 158% and so there is a lot of desire to consume Italian wine and food. And in particular olive oil weighs 32% (of the total food export). We are talking about a value of about 1 billion euros.”
