Miller Gardner May Have Died From Carbon Monoxide Poisoning

Miller Gardner, son of former Yankees star Brett Gardner, may have died from carbon monoxide poisoning. Authorities in Costa Rica, where the Gardners were on vacation at a resort, now say high levels of carbon monoxide were found in the family’s hotel room. They say the leak apparently came from a machine room next to the teen’s room. The resort says carbon monoxide levels in the room were not elevated. Initial reports of death by asphyxiation due to food poisoning have now been discounted.
