There was a distribution system of lead pipes that served the rich, very rich and less rich families. Based on the diameter of the pipes at the outlet, one could tell the importance of the family.”

“We have a complex water treatment system, with a softener that essentially removes limescale from the water, followed by a reverse osmosis system that makes the water free of mineral salts. All this aims to make the water as neutral as possible. Operation is fully automated by multi-parametric control units and algorithms that work to ensure that the fountain functions properly.”
