University of Georgia sophomore Lily Stewart has been arrested again for loitering, prowling and obstructing a law enforcement officer. Police first arrested Stewart on March 8 for speeding twice in the span of two minutes. The sorority member’s smiling mugshot went viral after her first arrest and her most recent mugshot is also gaining a lot of attention online. Inside Edition’s Alison Hall spoke to Stewart following her first arrest.
