STORYLINE:
South Korean actor and Bulgari brand ambassador Kim Ji-won visited Hong Kong on Wednesday to attend a jewelry showcase event at the luxury brand’s flagship store in Tsim Sha Tsui.
Kim, wearing a long black dress with Bulgari jewelry, said she was “touched by the warm welcome” she had received upon arriving in the city during a short interview after the photo call session.
Dozens of fans waited outside near the store to catch a glimpse of the star.
Kim, a popular South Korean actor, gained widespread recognition for her roles in dramas such as “Descendants of the Sun” (2016), where she played an elite army surgeon, and “Fight for My Way” (2017), where she portrayed a determined aspiring announcer.
She quickly established herself as a leading actor with stellar performances in multiple dramas, notably “My Liberation Notes” (2022) and “Queen of Tears” (2024).
