The Kremlin has confirmed that President Donald Trump will speak with the Russian President, Vladimir Putin, on Tuesday as part of Trump’s efforts to end the war in Ukraine.
Speaking on board Air Force One, Trump said talks between US and Russian officials in the Kremlin last week had been positive. His comments come as Russia continued its assault on Ukraine with a further barrage of drone strikes over the weekend.
