A mother of three lies seriously injured in a hospital bed after a nightmare six-day ordeal. Brieonna Cassell found herself trapped inside her wrecked car in a deep ditch. She says her car veered off the road after she fell asleep at the wheel. Her phone was dead so she couldn’t call anyone for help. As she was giving up hope, she was discovered by a construction worker who alerted the local fire chief. Now, Cassell is speaking to Inside Edition’s Ann Mercogliano.
