A volunteer clean-up crew stumbled upon a secret dumping site, which was apparently being used by a burglary ring. A stolen safes were found at an illegal dumping site miles away from where they were stolen. They were all forced open with important documents and valuables inside. David Weisberg and Nancy Nicoloro made the startling discovery along a remote portion of a Los Angeles freeway. Inside Edition’s Jim Moret has more.
