A fire at sea! A collision between a chemical tanker and Portuguese container ship off the coast of England in the North Sea caused the explosion, the U.K. Coast Guard said. The tanker was carrying jet fuel for the U.S. Military. It was anchored when it was struck by the container ship. It’s unclear how much fuel has entered the water.
