Video shows the fires aboard the U.S.-flagged oil tanker and Portuguese container ship that collided in the North Sea.
Thirty-two people were injured in the incident and one crew member was reported missing, officials said.
Wildlife charity Yorkshire Wildlife Trust said it is closely following the "deeply concerning incident" to see if there is any pollution into the North Sea.
