Madeleine Jackman is on a mission to get restaurant staff in her hometown of Newburyport, Massachusetts, all CPR certified. The motivation stems from when Madeleine was 8. She choked on a piece of meat while out to dinner with her family. "That was probably one of the scariest moments ever, not just because I was obviously choking and I was so young, but because no one around me, none of my family knew CPR or the Heimlich maneuver," she told Inside Edition Digital’s Leigh Scheps.
