US President Donald Trump has addressed a joint session of Congress six weeks after he returned to the White House. His record long speech celebrated his decisions, saying that "America is back." Trump hailed his raft of decisions, vowing to take the Panama Canal and have Greenland "one way or another". He briefly touched upon the issue of Ukraine, but moved on quickly.
