Juan Carlos Flores drives around his town in a 2000 Dodge Neon. Forget a fancy paint job or a flashy set of rims, Flores’ vehicle is a kids’ dream. It’s covered in toys! Flores says he has a lot of toys now because his mother wasn’t able to purchase toys for him when he was young. This driving piece of art is a labor of love. He carefully places each toy, covering the surface of the car. There’s room to see out of the windshield and windows, of course, but every other spot is fair game.
