A dog is tossed in the dumpster. The disturbing video was captured behind an Alabama shopping center. It shows men getting out of a truck with a garbage bag and tossing the dog, which was alive. The Birmingham Humane Society is asking for the public’s help in identifying who could be responsible. The dog, an Australian Shepherd named Patches, is now recovering from serious injuries.
