"Yes, yes, it (time to resume concerts) is something you feel, right? When something wakes up in you, you receive signals and you know perfectly well that it’s time to start this or that project… Because you start many and wait for one of them to take off. And when this one came along, I suddenly knew that it was time, after eight years, to start doing concerts again."

STORYLINE:
Nearly a decade since he last toured, musician Miguel Bosé is ready to get back on stage.
The acclaimed Spanish singer will kick off his upcoming international tour, which he has called "Importante" (Spanish for "Important"), on Feb. 27.
"It (tour) is called ‘Importante’ (Important) because the comeback, the decision to finally go back to normal, for me was… It could have had another name, it could have been called ‘Vital’" said Bosé, speaking to The Associated Press recently.
The starting point will be Mexico, where Bosé has lived for the past seven years.
"When something wakes up in you, you receive signals and you know perfectly well that it’s time to start this or that project," said the musician about the decision to head back on the road. "You start many and wait for one of them to take off. And when this one came along, I suddenly knew that it was time, after eight years, to start doing concerts again."
Also an actor, producer and writer, Bosé is one of the most enduring and internationally renowned icons in Spanish-language music.
After Mexico, the tour will take him to Spain and the United States.
The U.S. leg is set to launch on Oct. 2 in New York City at The Theater at Madison Square Garden.
