European leaders say they have agreed to draw up a peace plan for Ukraine, following a summit in London on Sunday. Britain and France are leading the efforts with the aim of working together with the US. Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy was in London for the meeting. He said he believes he can salvage his relationship with Donald Trump – and that he felt Europe’s clear support.
