It’s a 911 emergency. A toddler accidentally dialed the number while playing with a phone. "I want doughnuts," the boy says to the dispatcher who responds playfully but still asks to speak with mom. The next day, officers with the Moore Police Department in Oklahoma surprised the boy by delivering him doughnuts.
