"Oh, I think my first day was very much akin to ‘Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.’ Like I couldn’t believe I was inside the factory. Certainly it can be stressful. Certainly it’s draining. It’s definitely the hardest job I’ve ever had in my life, but it’s prepared me for every job since. The highs are the highest, and sometimes the lows are lows, but an occasion like this, a gathering like this, when you’re reflecting and you’re celebrating, all the bad stuff goes away and all you remember are the good moments."
