“I don’t like it as an art centre. It should not have been turned into an art centre. It would have been better it stayed as before, when there was a checking point here, another checking point at the bookshop, a checking point with soldier. It would have been better if tourists came, paid a ticket, get it and visit. That should have remained as a history item (to show). It remained for generations to show was a dictatorship once and people see (compare to) what the current leaders do nowadays. Nothing else. It would have been better if it stayed like that, the Bllok remained like that. It was called the Bllok once. So the Bllok remained for generations so that our children and grandchildren always learn about it.”
