STORYLINE:
US Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth was welcomed on Friday in Warsaw with a special military ceremony.
It followed an announcement on Thursday from the Defense Secretary that European nations should provide the majority of funding for Ukraine.
In a speech in Brussels, he called on NATO members to spend more money on defense.
