Rwandan-backed M23 rebels have seized another key city, Bukavu, in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo. The regional governor has confirmed that Bukavu is in the hands of M23 fighters after government forces withdrew. Goma, the regional capital, of the North Kivu Province in eastern DRC, fell to the M23 rebels last month.
