In Niigata Prefecture, Japan, a good old fashioned snowball fight is taken seriously. So seriously in fact, this cold weather sport has become an annual event. The rules are simple: two teams have two minutes to pummel each other with frozen water. Organizers say it brings out the kid in people. The Olympic Committee hasn’t taken on snowball fighting as an official sport yet, but Snowball Fighting aficionados are holding out hope!
