A house is on fire and a woman is trapped inside. Joanne Armstrong had helped her 10-year-old great grandson escape from the Tennessee home before falling in her bedroom. Thankfully, she had her phone on her and called 911. Firefighters used a ladder to reach the bedroom and pull her out from the window. She suffered third-degree burns.
