“The totality of the circumstances, the first view of the weapon and the followed by the second view of the reaction to the incident as the four individuals in the business and the camera scrambling, as you can see, that something’s going on in conjunction with the sounds of the shots heard from the other camera and then the validity of the running through the cameras over to El Central that along the lines with the information provided by Mr. Efron. That was my opinion that it was an operable firearm. That shots have been fired.”

“Just looking at everything in combination. Even without this Mr. Efron’s statement. If I were an investigating officer responding to a shooting scene where maybe there was some evidence found and establishing what have occurred without a potential witness, would be up to say video, listen to the same sound of gunfire again, just back then what would be known at the time. But it would still even be that there had been some actual shooting short of a reported witness being present. I would still believe that.”

“I collected 229 different firearms examples. A nd these are specifically what we call ghost gun. It’s a new phenomena of firearms. By examining the samples from those this sample set. I was able to locate a few species that actually exhibited the firing pin consistent with the one that I observed in this case. Teardrop shaped firing pin.”
District Attorney:
“And when you add that or add that class characteristics to your analysis and how you gone from caliber, you narrow you now with the aperture shape and now you added in those that have the same aperture shape and this unique firing pin shape. What were you left with?”

Los Angeles County prosecutors rested their case Thursday at the trial of rapper and fashion mogul A$AP Rocky, who is charged with firing a gun at a former friend on a Hollywood street in 2021.
