1.UPSOUND (English) Los Angeles Deputy District Attorney Paul Przelomiec:
"Mr. Ephron, did you call me yesterday to correct something about your testimony last week?"
UPSOUND (English) Terell Ephron aka A$AP Relli, alleged victim: "Yes."
Przelomiec: "What was it specifically that you wanted to correct to the jury?"
Ephron: "So I think on cross, (Joe) Tacopina asked me about a shooting range that I went to in Los Angeles, I think – I forget the dates but that was two weeks prior to me texting Rocky. I was on a business trip finalizing a jewelry company that I had."
Przelomiec: "What was it that you did over the weekend that helped you refresh your memory?"
Ephron: "Well I went through my Instagram stories because I didn’t understand the question he asked. It was two years ago. I did homework."
Przelomiec: "So you went back to your Instagram to look at the videos sround that to figure out where that video was shot?"
Ephron: "Correct."

2. UPSOUND (English) Los Angeles Deputy District Attorney Paul Przelomiec:
"Mr. Ephron, at the moment the gun was fired, to your recollection of being there that night, was there anyone between the four of you who was acting like that gun was a fake gun?"
Ephron: "Absolutely not."

3. UPSOUND (English) Los Angeles Deputy District Attorney Paul Przelomiec:
"Are you aware that it is claimed that the defendant had a prop gun on him?"
Ephron: "No, I’m not aware. I didn’t know if he had a prop gun."
Przelomiec: "Did you believe that night that he had a prop gun?"
Ephron: "Of course not."
Przelomiec:"At any point that night, did you accuse the defendant of shooting at you with a real gun?"
Ephron: "Yes, I told him that in my text."
Przelomiec: "What text are you referring to?
Ephron: "The text I sent him about 30 minutes to an hour after. I went back to find the bullets that he tried to kill me and tried to take me away from my daughter."

"I mean, you guys keep lying, saying lies after lies and you can’t back it up."
Tacopina: "We can’t back it up?"
Ephron: "You can’t. You can’t."
Tacopina: "Did you hear the tape recording?"
Judge Mark Arnold: "All right. Stop."

"Can you two just stop the squabbling?"
Tacopina: "I’m not squabbling."
Arnold: "This is a no squabble zone."

6. UPSOUND (English) defense attorney Joe Tacopina:,
"Mr. Ephron, there is nothing in your Instagram that shows you in Los Angeles on October 19, 2021. Is there?"
Ephron: "Yes there is."
Tacopina: "Really? I’m going to give you a live phone. You show me on your Instagram…show me on your Instagram where it shows that you were in Los Angeles on October 19, 2021?"
Ephron: "What do you mean a live phone?"
Tacopina: "A phone with your Instagram."
Ephron: "No, we have to go. Now you think you’re slick. We have to go to my phone. My actual phone and go to my archive. You’re not going to show me something of my highlights, which is not there. You think you’re slick."
Judge Mark Arnold: "Stop. Stop."
Ephron: "You’re not going to trip me up. I’m onto you."
Arnold: "Mr. Ephron! Stop. Just stop talking."
