A reporter covering the upcoming SuperBowl has died in New Orleans. Adan Manzano was described as a "rising star" journalist. He covered university and professional sports teams in Kansas City since 2021, conducting interviews in both English and Spanish. Despite covering all sports, he had a passion for soccer. Telemundo Kansas City announced Manzano’s passing. Manzano’s wife Ashleigh died in a car crash in April of 2024. The couple leaves behind one daughter, a toddler.
