The Johnstown Flood Museum in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, tells the story of the devastating 1889 flood that made the town famous. But recently the museum had to close its doors temporarily … because of a flood. Shelley Johansson from Heritage Johnstown tells Inside Edition Digital that, "there was a leak in a valve. That was directly caused by the extreme cold." Thankfully, the recent incident wasn’t nearly as destructive as the one to which it’s dedicated.
