STORYLINE:
Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s anti-vaccine advocacy is outside the mainstream. As his Senate confirmation hearings begin, his bid to become the nation’s top health official could depend on how staunchly he sticks to personal beliefs during questioning. He has already softened some of his long-held views.
