Some breaking news out of Moscow: a blast in the lobby of a luxury apartment block has killed at least one person and wounded four others.
The bomb detonated just as a man with bodyguards entered the lobby of the complex. Russian media called the blast an "assassination attempt" and identified the suspected target as Armen Sarkisyan, who is reportedly in a critical condition. Ukraine has accused him of aiding Russia’s war effort in it’s eastern region of Donetsk.
