A police pursuit ends with the driver of a reportedly stolen vehicle with his arms in the air. The white pickup truck’s tire blows off and there’s no where else to go. A KCBS chopper captures the drama unfolding on a Los Angeles, California, highway. "The engine compartment, it could ignite the fuel lines and then it turns into a vehicle engulfed in flames. So they were very wise at least to stop the vehicle when they did," a voice from the chopper can be heard saying. Inside Edition Digital has the video.
