US investigators are still searching for the black box recorder from the army helicopter in the Washington D.C. air disaster. Authorities believe the airport control tower was understaffed when the helicopter collided with a passenger jet. 67 people were killed. Among the victims were athletes and coaches returning from the US figure-skating championsip in Kansas.
