As fire erupted in Southern California, an entire retirement facility was ordered to evacuate. Deputies were going down the hallways when they heard a faint voice. The 100-year-old resident seemed disoriented. It happened at Montenegro Retirement Community in Altadena. Jean Poole says she was charging her hearing aids and did not know she had to leave.
