Considering skyrocketing prices at the supermarket, some people are losing their appetite for eggs. In some stores, the shelves are nearly empty of eggs due to the spike in bird flu. Now, more and more people are turning to egg substitutes. Chef Lauren Covas showed Inside Edition’s Emma Keady some dishes that are delicious and made with egg substitutes. In some instances, she says egg substitute works better in a recipe than real eggs.
