STORYLINE:
President Donald Trump has pardoned, commuted the prison sentences or vowed to dismiss the cases of all of the 1,500-plus people charged with crimes in the Jan. 6, 2021, U.S. Capitol riot, including people convicted of assaulting police officers, using his clemency powers on his first day back in office to undo the massive prosecution of the unprecedented assault on the seat of American democracy.
According to the Justice Department, Kenneth and Caleb Fuller were arrested and charged with a felony and related misdemeanor crimes stemming from their involvement in the breach of the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. They left the federal courthouse in Washington Tuesday morning without commenting to reporters.
"Their actions and the actions of others disrupted a joint session of the U.S. Congress convened to ascertain and count the electoral votes related to the presidential election," a June 2023 press release said.
Kenneth and Caleb Fuller are from Minnesota. Kenneth Fuller is Caleb Fuller’s father.
