Tensions have erupted along the Lebanon-Israel border as Israeli forces remain in southern Lebanon past the agreed withdrawal deadline under a fragile ceasefire with Hezbollah. According to Lebanese health officials, at least 22 people were killed and over 80 injured when Israeli troops fired on residents attempting to return to their homes. The deadly incident is likely to enflame the humanitarian crisis for the 112,000 displaced Lebanese.
