The fear of mudslides is gripping fire-devastated Los Angeles. Like many others, Inside Edition’s Lisa Guerrero’s home is surrounded by scorched land that could become unstable during rainy weather. Officials warn that if your house survived the fires, but there’s a slope nearby, you could be in danger. Now, some California homeowners are using tarps and sandbags to protect their houses from the risk of collapsing due to a possible mudslide.
